Help using my personal dashboard
Select the plan that your code applies to and enter your information in the signup screens. To activate your account using a discount code, enter it into the ‘Add discount code’ field.
If your code doesn't appear to be working, please check the following:
1. Have you entered the code exactly as it was provided to you? Ensure that you have not mistyped any characters.
2. Check that there are no spaces - it's easy to miss a space at the beginning or end of the code.
3. Double check that you are applying the code to the specific plan it is valid for - for example, a code for the Advantage plan cannot be applied to our Standard plan.

If you are unable to sign in, you may be attempting to use incorrect login information. Please select 'forgot password' from the sign in screen to reset your password. If you are still experiencing issues after attempting to reset, please contact us.
To add another device for monitoring, simply click 'Add device' from the left hand menu (or top right if you're using your mobile) and follow the setup instructions. To remove a device, select 'Manage devices' and 'Delete device'.
To add and manage your personal data, select 'Manage data' and add your information to the relevant sections for monitoring: emails, credit cards and phone numbers.
If we discover your information has been breached or leaked online you'll receive a notification by email. You should then login to your dashboard and head to your To Do list - information about the breach will appear as a high priority action that requires immediate attention.
When we discover your information in a leak or breach you will receive a breach alert via email. Next, login to your dashboard and head to your 'To do' list - the breach information and next steps will appear as a high priority action.
If you are struggling to complete an action, or need help understanding the instructions, login to your dashboard and click 'Support'. From here you can talk to one of our team members who will be able to help.
To update your account details, click on the small arrow next to your name in the top right hand corner of your dashboard and click 'Settings' from the drop-down. From here you can view and amend your details.
Your score is based on a number of factors including your general online behaviour as well as the security of your devices. To improve your score we suggest completing all of the suggested actions available in the 'To do' list on your dashboard. If you see no improvement in your score, or your score still appears to be incorrect, please contact us.
